2. Once we receive the dress, we will proceed with your exchange as requested within 2-3 days.
3. Exchange will be delivered in 5-6 business days.

1. Reverse pickup is not available.
2. Customers must self-courier the item back with their name and phone number clearly labeled.
3. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags and original packaging intact.
4. Shipping label must be included in the return package.
5. Courier charges are not reimbursed.
6. Items purchased on discounts or offers are non-exchangeable.

🚫 No Return / Refund Policy
1. We do not accept returns or offer refunds once an item has been sold. Orders cannot be cancelled after placement.

2. Undelivered or returned parcels due to incorrect address, contact number, or customer rejection are not  eligible for refund or redelivery.
